FearRP
You must follow fear RP when fear RP applies. This means that your character must fear for their life if they are in immediate danger. This includes: If you are being held up at gunpoint you cannot punch your way out of it like you’re Jason Bourne. However, if the weapon is lowered you can retaliate against the attacker once the threat to your life is no longer present. There are a few factors you must consider for fearRP to apply. 1. Distance - The distance must be short enough that a reasonable person would fear the weapon. 2. Location - The location of where it takes place if a reasonable person can not easily get away/get to cover to produce a firearm. 3. Position - The position at which you approach the intended victim if approaching from the front at a longer distance could give the intended victim time to attack. At a shorter distance, this can be a viable way if you are not dealing with a person like a police officer who is trained to deal with situations like that. While approaching the intended victim from behind and at a short distance will make the victim unable to react even if it's a police officer. 4. What the intended victim is doing - If the intended victim is in a vehicle, fear RP will apply if the vehicle is stationary and the victim has no opportunity to get out of there safely. If the vehicle is not stationary and can easily escape safely, the intended victim can get away without the Fear RP rule being violated.
Fear RP applies to everyone BUT depending on the 4 factors can change how it applies.
